Message from Roger

 Greetings, everyone,

I hope you are taking care of yourself and that the new directions in life we've all been forced to make are giving birth to some new fulfilling experiences.

I miss you all. And of course, I miss my wonderful band and crew.

Like all of you, we had hoped that the pandemic might have been brought under control by now. But as we watch what is happening with COVID 19 continuing to surge around the world, it has become increasingly clear that it is going to be a while before the world is safe enough again to allow large musical gatherings.

Therefore, after much discussion with our professionals, we have sadly made the difficult decision to cancel our 2021 world tour. We are hugely disappointed, as we suspect you are, too, but have concluded that this is the only possible course to take. Everyone's safety must come first.

For those who purchased their tickets directly from the venues or through official ticket outlets we featured on our sites, you will soon receive communication from them regarding refunds or credit. Most are operating with limited hours and staff so please be patient and feel free to reach out to them if you have not been automatically refunded or contacted with instructions within 30 days. Those who purchased tickets through third-party outlets will need to contact those agencies directly for their refund or credit policies.

Let's all join together to do our part to protect each other. Please continue to follow the guidelines from health officials. We will all get through this together. God willing, we will look forward to reuniting with you when this storm has passed. Stay safe.

MENSAJE DE ROGER

 Saludos a todos

Espero que os estéis cuidando y que los nuevos habitos en nuestra vida que todos nos hemos visto obligados a tomar nos encaminen a nuevas experiencias enriquecedoras.

Os echo de menos a todos. Y por supuesto, echo de menos a mi maravillosa banda y equipo.

Como os ocurrirá a todos, esperábamos que la pandemia ya estuviera bajo control. Pero viendo la evolución de los acontecimientos con el continuo aumento de casos COVID 19 en todo el mundo, se ha vuelto cada vez más evidente que pasará un cierto tiempo antes de que el mundo vuelva a ser lo suficientemente seguro como para permitir grandes reuniones musicales. 

Por lo tanto, después de muchas conversaciones con nuestros profesionales, hemos tomado  lamentablemente la difícil decisión de cancelar nuestra gira mundial 2021. Estamos muy decepcionados, como imaginamos que lo estaréis vosotros también, pero hemos llegado a la conclusión de que éste es el único camino posible a seguir. La seguridad de todos debe ser lo primero.

Para aquellos que comprásteis las entradas directamente en los auditorios o a través de los puntos de venta oficiales que mostramos en nuestras webs, pronto se pondrán en contacto con vosotros para los reembolsos o cambios. La mayoría operan con horarios y personal limitados, así que por favor tened paciencia, y no dudéis en comunicaros con ellos si no os llega el reembolso automáticamente o no os contactan con instrucciones en el plazo de 30 días.
Aquellos que comprásteis las entradas a través de otros puntos de venta deberéis contactarlos directamente para conocer sus políticas de cambios o reembolsos.

Estemos todos unidos haciendo cada uno nuestra parte para protegernos unos a otros. Por favor seguir las pautas sanitarias oficiales. Todos superaremos ésto juntos. Dios mediante, esperamos reunirnos con vosotros cuando haya pasado esta tormenta. Cuidaros mucho.
